To keep broadening our knowledge, we continue with our Learn@Lunch-sessions here at Opticom. These are sessions where anyone in the office can educate all of us on their topic of interest.

Today we had the pleasure of listening to our very own French Cécilia Vassal Nyholm teaching us "How to Impress Your Dinner Guests....with Cheese". We got to learn everything from the history of cheese, to how to pair cheese with wine, and even the name of the most dangerous cheese in the world. And wow, did Cécilia impress us!
